Istanbul pilot · In development

Energy,
delivered.

NRG is building an on-demand mobile EV charging service for drivers who cannot—or should not have to—reach a fixed charger.

The missing link

A charger nearby is no help when your battery is at zero.

Fixed infrastructure waits for the vehicle. NRG reverses the model: when the vehicle cannot reach energy, energy reaches the vehicle.

How NRG works

Three steps. One less thing to worry about.

Designed to make roadside energy feel as clear as ordering a ride.

01

Request energy

Share your location, vehicle and energy need through the NRG customer experience.

02

NRG comes to you

The dispatch system assigns a suitable service vehicle and keeps you informed.

03

Charge. Continue.

A trained operator delivers enough energy for the vehicle to continue safely.

More than a vehicle

One system from request to roadside.

NRG’s customer app, driver app, backend, dispatch system, admin dashboard and support dashboard form the software foundation for a controlled physical pilot.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask about NRG.

01Can I use NRG today?

Not yet. NRG is pre-pilot. The software workflow exists; the physical charging vehicle, safety validation and field performance will be completed before pilot operations.

02Will NRG provide a full charge?

The initial service hypothesis is to provide enough energy for a vehicle to continue safely or reach an appropriate charging point. The final service scope will be set through pilot testing.

03How much will the service cost?

Pricing has not been finalised. Energy, operating and call-out conditions will be measured during the pilot, and a clear tariff will be published before service begins.

04Is mobile charging safe?

Safety will be addressed through validated equipment, trained driver-operators, vehicle compatibility checks and recorded session procedures. These controls will be verified before the physical pilot.

05Which vehicles will be supported?

The initial technical concept focuses on CCS2-compatible vehicles. Supported models and operating limits will be published after engineering validation.

06Where will the pilot launch?

Dense, controlled Istanbul zones are being evaluated. The exact service area will depend on site, regulatory and operational readiness.

07How can I become an NRG driver?

Driver recruitment is not open yet. People who register interest may be assessed for eligibility, driving history, safety training and role requirements when recruitment begins.

08Why should I join the waitlist?

Join to be among the first to receive confirmed pilot-zone, early-access and service updates. Marketing consent is optional.
