At this local-preview stage, personal data is processed by Arda Mutlu on behalf of the NRG initiative as data controller. Requests may be sent through the website contact form.

Depending on the form, NRG may process your name, email, phone, city, topic, message, driving experience, preferred language, submission time and consent records.

Data is used to answer requests, manage the pilot waitlist, assess future driver interest, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Data is collected directly from you through electronic forms. Contact and driver-interest records rely, where appropriate, on legitimate interest under Article 5/2-f; steps taken at your request before a contract may rely on Article 5/2-c; pilot and marketing updates rely on separate explicit consent.

Local-preview records remain in the local development database and are not shared with third parties. Any production hosting, email provider or cross-border transfer will be identified before public launch. Records are retained only while needed for their stated purpose and applicable legal defence periods.

Article 11 of KVKK provides rights to learn whether data is processed, request information, learn purposes and recipients, correct, delete or destroy data, object to certain automated outcomes and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Write “KVKK request” in the contact form to exercise these rights.
