These terms govern use of the local NRG concept website and its interest forms.
1. Service status
NRG is pre-pilot. This site does not create a charging-service order, delivery commitment, employment offer or investment offer. Images are concepts; speed, capacity, coverage and technical specifications are not validated field performance.
2. Form use
You agree to provide accurate information, not submit another person’s details without permission and not use the forms for unlawful, harmful or automated abuse.
3. Waitlist and driver interest
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee service access. The driver interest form is not a job application, interview invitation or promise of employment.
4. Intellectual property and changes
NRG branding, visuals, design, copy and software remain with their respective rights holders. These draft terms may change as the service and legal structure are finalised.
