These Terms of Service govern your use of the NRG marketing website and pre-launch waitlist. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. NRG is launching first in Istanbul; service availability is subject to our launch timeline.
Website and waitlist
This website provides information about NRG and allows you to join a waitlist or submit a driver application. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, or availability at launch. We may modify launch plans, service areas, or features without prior notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation. We may remove waitlist entries or reject applications that violate these terms or applicable law.
No service contract yet
Use of this marketing site does not create a charging service agreement. When the NRG app launches, separate in-app terms will govern charging sessions, payments, and cancellations. Pricing and service areas will be disclosed before you book a session.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, NRG is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or reliance on pre-launch information. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
